The costs for your treatment and our services can be paid by yourself or by your health insurance.

Make sure that your insurance policy applies to treatment in Germany and that the coverage is adequate.

Some mutual arrangements between Germany and other countries allow free medical treatment for the citizens of a partner country.

Any questions concerning admission can be answered by calling +49 971-840.

Generally  requested admission documents include:

• a medical report from your physician or therapist,

• previous dismissal reports (obtainable from your physician or clinic),

• a listing of all symptoms and information about your personal expectations concerning your therapy goals (a questionnaire is available by calling the above number or to be downloaded from our website www.heiligenfeld.de),

• a document from your health insurance concerning cost transfer (this your physician will apply for).

We provide assistance and answer any questions in regards to the above. In some cases it may be beneficial to arrange a meeting with our admission psychologist either by phone or in person.
