Travelling by car:

Coming from the north: Autobahn A7 heading towards Würzburg, exit "Bad Kissingen/Oberthulba
Coming from the south: Autobahn A7 heading towards Kassel, exit "Hammelburg/Bad Kissingen

Travelling by train:

With Intercity train connections you reach Aschaffenburg, Fulda or Würzburg. From there regional trains or buses will easily transfer you to Bad Kissingen (via Schweinfurt or Gemünden).
